This seminar will explore the challenges currently faced within clinical and translational science, the dynamic nature of the field, and shed light on the shifting landscape that directly impacts workforce development strategies. Drawing upon her extensive expertise, Dr. Meagher will emphasize the vital role of mentorship in successfully navigating these challenges and the importance it has in shaping the next generation of our workforce.

The Career Development Seminar Series is open to residents, fellows and junior faculty enrolled in CRTC training programs, and the broader Washington University community.  The series offers periodic workshops and presentations open to all trainees, faculty and staff on professional development, best practices, resources and guidelines pertaining to research.
